Job Description

Graphic Designer We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be a hands-on and execution-focused, responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that support digital marketing campaigns, content strategies, and business objectives in a B2B industrial company. This role partners closely with content strategists, digital marketers, and production teams to bring campaigns to life across web, email, social, and other digital channels. While grounded in strong design fundamentals, this role emphasizes speed, scalability, and consistency—developing assets and templates that enable efficient content production across regions.

This position offers flexible work arrangement options, including on-site at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, hybrid or fully remote in most locations within the United States.
Pay and Benefits:
  • $115,000 - $130,000 per year

  • Design and produce digital marketing assets including web visuals, landing pages, email graphics, social media assets, and campaign materials
  • Translate campaign strategies and content into visual concepts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives
  • Collaborate with content strategists and digital marketers to support integrated campaigns across customer journeys
  • Develop scalable templates and design systems to enable efficient content creation across regions and teams
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all deliverables, acting as a steward of brand guidelines
  • Optimize designs for digital performance, including responsiveness, accessibility, and usability across devices and platforms
  • Support rapid content production needs, delivering high-quality assets under tight timelines
  • Maintain organized asset libraries, version control, and production workflows.
  • Support creative brainstorming and contribute to campaign ideation with visual concepts.
  • Collaborate with external partners or agencies as needed, providing direction and ensuring quality of deliverables Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on graphic design experience, preferably in B2B or industrial marketing
  • Strong portfolio, demonstrating both creative execution and direction capabilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and familiarity with web design tools
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Affect Effects, and Canva
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and usability
