About the Role
Our Milwaukee-based agency client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support their creative team on a part-time, contract basis. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a strong background in digital marketing deliverables, particularly within the CPG (consumer packaged goods) space. You will play a key role in developing high-impact visual content across multiple digital channels, helping to bring campaigns to life and drive engagement across paid media platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and produce a variety of digital assets, including:
Paid social ads (static and potentially light motion)
Web banners and display ads
Digital out-of-home (DOOH) creative
Retail media placements and programmatic ad units
Execute creative concepts in alignment with established brand guidelines
Collaborate with creative leads, copywriters, and account teams to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual assets
Ensure all deliverables are optimized for performance across various platforms and channels
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Incorporate feedback quickly and iteratively to refine creative output Qualifications 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment
Demonstrated experience creating digital paid media assets across platforms such as social, display, and programmatic
Strong understanding of best practices for digital advertising and performance-driven creative
Experience working with CPG brands or in the consumer goods space is highly preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders Nice-to-Have Skills Basic motion graphics or animation experience
Familiarity with platform specifications (Meta, Google Display Network, retail media networks, etc.)
Understanding of A/B testing and performance optimization for creative assets In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
