Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Creatively translate marketing communication strategies into clear and compelling graphic design solutions Complete and execute all phases of a project, from concept through production by combining current design and technology trends Communicate the thought process behind a proposed design solution and understand and implement feedback from the Creative Director and team leads. Employ an excellent design sense—color, imagery, type, and negative space Work with video, print, and digital media Maintain a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Gather information and think strategically The ability to remain organized with minimal oversight, managing multiple projects at different levels of completion and deadlines Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Have a positive attitude and a high level of energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and responsibility Build, update, deploy and manage assets and campaigns within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other platforms. Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure all work meets specifications and brand consistency. Prepare error-free digital and print final production files. Stay current with design, typography, and technology trends. Track time and project status using company project management tool.Core Competencies:

Excellent diplomacy, professionalism, organization, presentation, time management, and marketing skills with a flexible, positive attitude and a sense of humor. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field. 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency. Experience in professional and commercial design development, especially in B2B Healthcare markets Advanced working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including AEM, Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Mac computers, and databases. Experience with video, digital platforms like HubSpot and Eloqua, andHTML/CSS
fluency are a plus. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management and the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design ideas clearly.
