You'll Thrive Here If:
You take ownership of your work and proactively follow through You view feedback as a tool for getting better You stay organized when multiple projects are moving at once and flag issues before they become problems You're curious about what performs well and why, and you want to be part of testing and learning as a team You have a genuine interest in crafting, fiber arts, or the maker world (it shows in the work) You want to grow your craft in an environment where you're surrounded by people who care deeply about quality
