Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. This role requires a strong creative eye, technical fluency across the Adobe Creative Suite, and experience producing both print and digital assets. The ideal candidate is fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a cloud-based collaborative environment with quick turnarounds. Key Responsibilities Design product packaging from concept through production-ready files Work with printers in China and USA on books, posters, packaging etc from design to production Develop high-quality digital advertising assets, including: Google Display banners YouTube graphics and thumbnails Paid social media ads (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Create engaging content optimized for modern social platforms Prepare print-ready files and manage proper output specifications Manage digital workflows for online advertising deliverables Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to execute campaigns efficiently Maintain organized project files within Google Drive and cloud storage systems Deliver projects accurately under tight deadlines Required Skills & Qualifications Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite , including: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Strong experience in product and packaging design Solid understanding of digital ad specifications and online advertising formats Experience creating assets for Google Display, YouTube, and social media platforms Working knowledge of video editing for social media content Understanding of digital output workflows and file preparation for print and web Proficiency with Google Drive and cloud-based collaboration tools Ability to manage multiple projects and meet fast turnaround timelines Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a performance marketing environment Strong typography and layout skills Ability to take creative direction and execute with minimal supervision Portfolio demonstrating packaging, digital ads, and social content What We're Looking For A designer who moves quickly without sacrificing quality Someone organized, responsive, and detail-driven A team player who understands modern branding and digital-first creative
