Backed by a recent strategic investment that positions us for accelerated growth, GroundWork is expanding its U.S. operations. Position Summary GroundWork is looking for a Graphic Designer II to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. You'll work on a mix of brand, marketing, digital, and print projects — translating ideas into clean, compelling visual work. Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand & Product Marketing you'll help maintain and evolve our visual identity while executing day-to-day design needs across the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable owning projects end to end, collaborating across teams, and balancing multiple deadlines without losing attention to craft. Key Responsibilities Design across a range of formats — brand assets, marketing campaigns, digital/web graphics, social, print, and packaging Translate briefs into polished, on-brand creative that supports marketing and business goals Help maintain and extend GroundWork's visual identity and design systems Collaborate closely with the Senior Director, marketing, and cross-functional partners Prepare production-ready files across digital and print Manage multiple projects at once, keeping quality high and timelines on track Contribute ideas in brainstorms and give/receive constructive feedback Qualifications & Experience 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating range across brand, digital, and print work (required) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Proficiency in Figma Working knowledge of web design and
HTML/CSS
Solid grasp of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy Ability to manage several projects and deadlines independently Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience working within and contributing to design systems Motion or video experience Familiarity with designing for both digital and physical/packaging formats GroundWork is a Certified B Corporation and proud equal opportunity employer.
