Graphic Designer Role Overview Carolina Core FC is seeking a talented Part-Time Graphic Designer to support our marketing and creative team by producing high-quality visual content across digital, print, social media, and matchday experiences. Working under the direction of our Graphic Designer, you'll help bring campaigns to life while maintaining a consistent brand identity across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced creative work, thrives on variety, and is excited to contribute to a growing professional sports organization. We strongly prefer candidates located in the Triad area (High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, NC). While some remote work is available, this role requires regular collaboration in the office and occasional on-site support during matches and events. Key Responsibilities Design graphics for social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and web content. Create promotional materials including posters, flyers, signage, presentations, and sales collateral. Assist with matchday creative, including videoboard graphics, in-stadium signage, and promotional assets. Design presentations for the sponsorship department, including mock-ups of sponsorship assets and ideas. Prepare production-ready files for vendors and print partners. Maintain brand consistency across all creative projects. Organize creative files, templates, and asset libraries. Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with the Graphic Designer, Marketing team, and other departments on creative requests. Qualifications 1-3+ years of graphic design experience, freelance or professional. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, typography, layout, and branding. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Ability to design Power Point or Canva presentation templates. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a creative team. Experience in sports, entertainment, or live events is a plus.
