Job Description

Junior Graphic Designer Location:
Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative professional to support our team's marketing, digital, and in-store initiatives through design expertise. Our team values collaboration and accuracy to produce polished visual assets across a variety of channels.
Responsibilities:
Produce and resize digital marketing assets for email, web, and paid advertisements following established brand guidelines. Support the creation of print and in-store materials, including signage and visual assets. Prepare production-ready files, ensuring all assets are formatted, labeled, and delivered accurately for digital and print use. Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional partners, applying feedback to refine and finalize assets efficiently.
Required:
2-6 years of experience in digital and print design. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory, with ability to design within brand guidelines. Demonstrated attention to detail and openness to constructive feedback, supported by a portfolio of design work (student or personal projects welcome).
