This role combines strong visual design skills with hands-on social media management. The ideal candidate will create compelling content, manage accounts, and execute strategic campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement Create and manage monthly content calendars Design high-quality graphics and visual content (not Canva-only) Produce and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) Manage day-to-day social media posting and scheduling Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement Collaborate with internal teams and clients on campaigns and content Track performance metrics and generate reports Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices in social media Requirements Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite required: Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus) Understanding of social media platforms and their audiences Experience with content creation (graphics, video, photography a plus) Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously Knowledge of HTML/CSS or motion graphics is a plus Compensation $20-$25 per hour (based on experience) Flexible hours Growth opportunities and potential transition to full-time Why Join Sprd Media?
