Job Description The CMT Junior Graphic Designer is a creative responsible for designing and delivering innovative, high-quality visual content to achieve client marketing objectives. This role operates in a fast-paced agency environment, requiring adaptability, collaboration, and a strong eye for detail. The designer works closely with squad members (Squad Leader/Account Manager, T-Shaped Marketers, Content Specialists, and Graphic Designer) and cross-functional teams (Video Production, Photography, and Web Developers). Key Roles Creative Strategy and Execution Learn to develop innovative visual concepts and execute designs across various formats, including digital (landing pages, social media, video assets, and display ads), print (publications, collateral, signage), and experiential (event branding, billboards). Translate client goals into compelling visuals that align with marketing strategies and campaign objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with internal squad members and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design objectives and seamless integration of visual assets into larger marketing initiatives. Brand Development and Consistency Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints. Innovation and Trend Adaptation Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging design technologies, incorporating them into agency workflows to maintain a competitive edge. Experiment with new tools, techniques, and creative approaches to elevate the agency's design output.
Responsibilities Design Execution :
Deliver creative assets and social content that are not only visually stunning but also aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
Creative Problem Solving :
Provide solutions to design challenges, leveraging strategic thinking and creativity.
Client Collaboration :
Participate in client-facing presentations to explain design concepts and gather feedback.
File and Asset Management :
Maintain well-organized and easily accessible design files for current and future use.
Essential Qualifications Experience :
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency environment, with a proven ability to handle complex, multi-channel projects.
Technical Proficiency :
Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of digital design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
Portfolio :
A diverse portfolio that showcases expertise in both digital and print design.
Communication Skills :
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
Adaptability :
Flexibility to pivot between different projects and client needs in a fast-paced environment. Education Preferences Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required with a strong portfolio and demonstrated expertise).
Pay:
$42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
