JOB SUMMARY

Receive requests and provide proofs to sales team members/clients Produce layouts for client orders to ensure that all art submitted is appropriate for production and accurate to what the client desires

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Attention to detail Strong creative skills Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency in embroidery software preferred but not required Knowledge of graphic design principles Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in progress Excellent organizational and time-management skills Willingness to collaborate with others

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce art layouts from client-supplied artwork/files/drawings/etc. Provide proofs for sales/customer service teams Adjust or rebuild client files as needed for print compatibility (bleeds, color profiles, vector setup, etc.) Meet Art Department work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards Maintain a clean workstation/environment Perform other duties as needed or required by supervisor or manager Flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed or required Support production team in requests for differing setups for CNC cutting and/or digital printing Help resolve problems with cut files or print files Perform mathematical calculations to ensure product waste is at a minimum Maintain a Lean Manufacturing environment May be asked to learn the operations of digital printing

) Experience installing vinyl graphics, wall decals, or vehicle lettering Comfortable with on-site installation work (vehicle wraps, door/window decals, etc.) Basic understanding of surface prep, alignment, and application techniques
