Full Time, Exempt Position Summary:
This role develops and executes creative and graphic design for large-scale corporate events, including proposals, event theme design and logos, presentations (PowerPoint and Keynote), and environmental signage in both digital and print mediums, while abiding with each unique brand standard and event theme. Responsibilities also include design work for ongoing internal and marketing applications, in line with LEO's brand direction: unique, professional, creative, striking, clean, innovative, and attention-getting without being over-designed. This role communicates original, memorable messages within simple yet bold design.
Job Responsibilities:
Content design and development using a wide variety of applications, both internal and external Propose and deliver creative design solutions, both working alone using own initiative and collaboratively as part of a team Maintain creative assets for LEO's clients and brand, and sustain a database to expeditiously track such assets using own initiative where applicable Adhere to and maintain the integrity and continuous development of the company brand standards for internal applications, as well as a variety of clients Produce internal company graphic needs, including capabilities documents, logos, small print pieces, advertisements, and e-newsletters Produce external company needs alongside senior Creative team leaders to produce exceptional client-facing work for RFPs (proposals), content, registration assets, signage, etc. Work with Creative department, team members, and freelancers as applicable to complete design needs in a fast-paced environment Take ownership of internal, marketing, and client project collateral responsibilities based on delegated ongoing projects as assigned and assess need for updated design based on industry trends and research Display a level of ownership/management over smaller event graphic needs, and delegate to other designers accordingly, in conjunction with direction from leadership. Potential to present ideation and graphic assets on client calls Able and willing to travel and work nights and/or weekends as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent work experience 4-5 years' design experience Expert knowledge in
Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and mid-level knowledge in Keynote/PowerPoint and Canva Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs and Slides Knowledge in Generative AI a plus, but not required Knowledge in Dropbox and Asana a plus, but not required Proficiency in cataloging and editing photos and graphics Corporate live events/production experience a plus, but not required Ability to utilize filing systems and department processes Ability to track time within the company's system

Environmental Conditions and Physical Demands:
This position involves a combination of office-based work and onsite responsibilities. Office work may require extended periods of computer work. While onsite, the position requires the ability to remain active for extended periods, including frequent standing and walking throughout event venues. The role may involve navigating large venues, moving between event spaces, and working extended event days. The employee must be able to lift, carry, push, or move items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed to perform essential job duties. Onsite work may take place in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments and may involve exposure to varying temperatures, weather conditions, noise levels, crowds, uneven surfaces, and other conditions typical of live events and event venues.
