Full-time, weekdays 9-5. Requires proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, including understanding of large format, bleeds, scaling, and image trace. Experience with design elements including alignment, contrast, white space, pixels, crop, and familiarity with type/font, as well as spacing/kerning are required. Must have a willingness to listen and learn, be a team player, and have a dedicated work ethic. Other duties include cross-training in production (e.g., trimming, weeding, application, lamination), printer functions, and other tasks as assigned.

THIS IS A LOCAL JOB AND REQUIRES PHYSICAL PRESENCE AT OUR SHOP.

Experience Proven experience in graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of color management principles, typography best practices, and layout design standards. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Prior experience in sign manufacturing or production design is a plus but not required.
