Job Description

Kettle is a team of passionate, fearless creatives focused on delivering great products, redefining best-practices, and providing new opportunities for our clients. Production Designers at Kettle create pixel-perfect digital design files in partnership with our Visual Designers and Art Directors, and the wider creative and production teams. Our Production Design team is a highly skilled, fast, and flexible group dedicated to design excellence. These roles require team members to be onsite 5 days per week, for 2-3 months at a time, for specific projects. At other times during the year, the team is remote.
Candidates should have:
Advanced knowledge of Figma/Sketch and Adobe Photoshop; bonus if you have experience in building responsive websites or working with HTML syntax Proactive communication skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects with large and variable teams simultaneously The ability to follow design systems and adapt to varying requirements technical specifications A portfolio of strong digital design, with examples of banners, emails, and landing pages at various viewport sizes We'd like to know that you can: Clean up design files and convert designs into templates at various viewport sizes based off of an original design Produce a large volume of banners, emails, and landing pages at a consistent pace, with minimal direction and oversight Ensure every pixel is in the correct place, all assets are linked, layers and groups are organized, and files are named correctly Confidently update existing designs not requiring creative input (glyphs, icons, copy, image swaps) Create spec documentation so other teams understand design intent Guide your team to create own-able experiences for the client through simple and relevant concepts, clear innovative UX, beautiful art direction and on-point tone & voice The target range of compensation for this role is $65k - $110k and accommodates multiple levels. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
