This role combines creative design with technical pre-press expertise to produce high-quality digital and print-ready artwork that meets client requirements, brand standards, and production specifications. The Graphic Designer will manage projects throughout the full production lifecycle—from job intake and design development through proofing, production, and final file management—while collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external print partners. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and prepare artwork and graphic design solutions for digital and print applications. Develop layouts, collateral, forms, and other visual communications in accordance with client and corporate brand standards. Prepare and inspect files for print production, including fonts, image resolution, color settings, registration, and technical specifications. Perform pre-press functions including color correction, image editing, trapping, file optimization, and proof review. Adapt and optimize artwork for digital and lithographic printing processes. Manage design requests from intake through proofing, production, and delivery. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide recommendations, resolve issues, and maintain project updates. Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables using workflow/project management systems and Excel. Maintain organized digital assets, files, and records within designated SharePoint environments. Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand and customer specifications. Follow applicable data protection, copyright, security, and document management requirements. Use of AI tools is not permitted in this role. Stay current with design, print production, and industry best practices. Qualifications 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience , preferably with digital print and/or pre-press experience. Healthcare industry design experience is a plus. Strong understanding of client branding and the ability to consistently apply brand standards. Demonstrated experience preparing artwork for professional print production. Experience managing projects through design, proofing, production, and delivery. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Professional portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical design capabilities. Experience with project/workflow management platforms; Adobe Workfront experience is a plus. Open to U.S. Citizens/GC holder on W2

•Education Associate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field

REQUIRED

•Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field preferred. Additional training in graphic arts, template creation, print technology, or related technical disciplines is a plus.

Pay:

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
