Job Description
- Create original illustrations for apparel, marketing materials, packaging, and special projects.
- Design graphics for print and digital applications, including lookbooks, catalogs, social media, email campaigns, and website assets.
- Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Photography, and Leadership teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Prepare production-ready artwork and maintain organized digital asset libraries.
- Develop hand-drawn and digital illustrations that align with Magnolia Pearl's artistic vision.
- Assist with branding initiatives, product launches, and seasonal collections.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual communications.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Support special events, retail activations, and photoshoots as needed. Qualifications -
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or illustration.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing illustration, branding, typography, and layout design.
- Experience creating artwork for apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to take creative direction and work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with photography editing, digital asset management, or motion graphics is a plus.
- Familiarity with Procreate or other digital illustration platforms is preferred. Preferred Characteristics -
