Comprehensive Skill Development:

You will gain invaluable hands-on experience, learning how your designs are brought to life from a flat file to a finished product. Key Responsibilities Create design concepts and proofs for all types of signs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Check out SaifeeSigns.

NET for more details on the type of signs we produce. Collaborate with the sales team and customers on creative design direction. Ensure proofs accurately reflect details in the sales orders. Quality check your design files throughout the proofing process. Output files for various production processes, including cut vinyl graphics, large digital print files, cnc routed acrylic/aluminum letters, and metal plaques. Occassionally answer phone calls and help walk-in clients. Opportunities for Growth & Hands-On Experience This is not a typical desk job; you will have the opportunity to get trained on a variety of machinery and acquire new, valuable skills. We expect all team members to assist with production tasks as needed to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Operate large-format printers, laminators, and vinyl plotters. Get trained on and operate additional machinery such as a CNC Router, Laser, and Engraver. Help with vinyl graphics preparation, and assist with the installation of vehicle graphics and interior signage.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Five or more years of experience in signs and graphics design with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat PDF.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. An advanced graphics degree is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of typography/fonts, as well as Pantone colors. Accurate proofreading to catch grammatical and spelling errors.

Work Ethic:

A self-starter with excellent multi-tasking capabilities. You should have good communication skills, a professional demeanor, and be able to work well with little to no supervision.
