Full Job Description UI Specialist Responsibilities:
Graphic Design Develop, improve, and maintain new graphical renderings and standards while continuing to expand the existing graphical asset library. Generate graphics using Adobe/Autodesk/Blender/Figma tools. Build job front-end to completion using Desigo and/or Niagara. Maintain company UX/UI standards and graphical asset libraries used in coordination with building automation software graphic editing tools. Work collaboratively with the design Engineers as well as the Software Engineers to ensure maximum coordination of operational workflow and safety across DAC. Attend meetings, interpret, and deliver graphical requirements for specific jobs and for departmental asset maintenance. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
UI Specialist Qualifications:
High School Diploma required Bachelor's degree or certification in Digital Art, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Web Programming, UI Design, or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in a graphics creation environment required Familiar and proficient in Photoshop, Figma, Autodesk Maya, Blender or other 3D modeling tools. Exposure to AI prompting and workflow implementation Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects. Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to take initiative on maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the customer. Must have the ability to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and produce results with speed and accuracy.
