Pay Starting at $18/hr. 3 weeks paid time off per year plus 9 paid Holidays. Health insurance fully covered after 90 days of employment. Bonuses based on sales and marketing budget performance. Mileage reimbursement at $0.70 a mile. Cell Phone allowance. About Us RDM Management is a local restaurant company that manages the Jucys Hamburgers, Jucys Taco, T. Blanco's and Back Porch brands throughout East Texas. RDM Management is a fast-paced and growing company looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Production Artist to join our team. Position Summary The Entry-Level Graphic Designer / Production Artist will assist with creating and preparing graphics for print, digital marketing, and exterior signage. This person will also assist with planning and posting on social media, creating promotional materials, and improving in-store branding. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities Submits work to the Creative Director Create and edit graphics for review Helps prepare artwork and files for printing Assist with menus, signage, ads, social media graphics, and promotional materials Resize, update, and adapt existing designs as needed Must maintain brand consistency across all projects Collaborate with management and marketing team on creative concepts Organize and manage digital files and artwork archives Review edited drafts and make revisions accurately and efficiently Support photo and video shoots Support special projects and marketing campaigns as assigned Qualifications Must have a valid drivers license Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications Understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding principles Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) Portfolio or samples of work (school projects accepted) Experience with print production or sign design Familiarity with Canva, social media content creation, and/or photography Knowledge of large-format printing or promotional products What We Offer Opportunity to grow creative and production skills Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to many other aspects of a small-medium sized business How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a portfolio or examples of your work.
