Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to support creative needs across our corporate marketing and network of local franchisees. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, brand-driven designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience in digital and in-center design. The ideal candidate combines creative excellence with technical proficiency, including HTML for email, and brings additional strengths in photography and video editing. What You'll Do In-Center Creative Support Partner with local franchisees to develop customized marketing materials while ensuring alignment with brand standards Manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality creative on tight deadlines Email Design & Development Design visually engaging, high-performing email campaigns Build and edit emails using HTML/CSS, ensuring responsiveness and compatibility across platforms and devices Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize email layouts for engagement and conversion Brand Stewardship Maintain and enforce brand standards across all creative outputs Ensure consistency in typography, color, imagery, and messaging Contribute to the evolution and refinement of brand guidelines Photography & Visual Content Creation Capture high-quality photography for marketing campaigns, events, and social media Edit and retouch images to meet brand standards Video Production & Editing Create and edit video content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns Collaborate on storyboarding, shooting, and post-production What Sets You Apart Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a multi-location or franchise environment Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, email, and brand-focused design work Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong experience designing and coding emails using

HTML/CSS
