Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visual designs and preparing artwork for production across multiple mediums. This role ensures designs meet quality standards and are prepped for vendors while supporting both internal departments and client needs. In this job you will:
Design & Artwork Production:
Create visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, signage, and promotional products Typeset business cards, forms, letterhead, and other printed materials Proofread artwork for accuracy, spelling, and design consistency Prepare artwork for vendors, including sending proofs to sales staff and clients Preflight customer-provided artwork to ensure production readiness
Prepress & Production Preparation:
Prep artwork for screen printing and for heat seal applications Set up artwork for wide format printing and other production processes Email and provide logos for embroidery projects Ensure all prepress files are correctly formatted for high-quality output
Collaboration & Communication:
Communicate effectively with sales staff and other departments to clarify project requirements Maintain strong working relationships with internal team members and clients Provide support to multiple departments by understanding their artwork and production needs
General Work Activities:
Reading Comprehension:
Follow written and verbal directions from sales staff and team members
Time Management:
Prioritize and organize workload effectively to meet deadlines
Customer Service:
Maintain professional and positive interactions with clients and coworkers
Program Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with industry-standard design software and tools
Design Quality:
Produce accurate, creative, and high-quality designs
Prepress Knowledge:
Ensure artwork is set up for optimal finished product quality
Interdepartmental Awareness:
Understand basic functions of other departments and their design needs You are a great fit if you have: Strong graphic design skills with attention to detail Proficiency in design software (
Adobe Creative Suite:
Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) Knowledge of prepress and production processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Customer service-oriented with collaborative mindset Experience in wide format printing, screen printing, embroidery, or other production processes Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles Ability to troubleshoot design issues related to production requirements Join us if you're eager to craft visually stunning experiences that captivate audiences! $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
