team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports Outreach & Engagement Services and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders. Produces creative assets under
PWS C.5.2
; supports rapid-turn campaigns, visual storytelling, and digital engagement initiatives. This position is contingent upon contract award. Key Responsibilities Design visual products that support campaign goals, user engagement, and brand consistency. Translate concepts, messages, and audience needs into compelling digital and print-ready visuals. Partner with writers, strategists, and multimedia teams to produce integrated content packages. Help ensure visual products meet accessibility, usability, and quality expectations. Basic Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience. Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Mid (6-10 yrs). Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information. Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality digital, visual, written, or user-experience deliverables relevant to the role. Preferred Qualifications Experience with user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first design, and accessibility-centered design practices. Experience partnering with developers, analysts, and content teams in Agile delivery environments. Work Setting This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required. Hybrid support in the Alexandria, Virginia area is expected, with on-site support as required by the customer.
