You can either upload a file or provide a link to your portfolio. A design portfolio or website must be provided for consideration for the position.

Responsibilities:

Design multiple digital graphics per day for paid ad campaigns, email marketing, and social media Design print materials such as palm cards, direct mailers, and one pagers as needed Manage multiple deadlines per day in a seasonally fast-paced environment Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter, political team, and other designers Collaborate with the design team and project managers while also working independently on your own projects and deadlines Stay on top of graphic design trends and maintain best practices Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well Present drafts to the Art Director for approval

Qualifications:

2-5 years of graphic design experience in a professional design environment Comfortable working with Republican candidates Proficiency in the entire Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft applications Experience with designing websites on WordPress and digital design Team player with strong communication skills Nice to have (but not required): Motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere) Familiarity with front-end basics like
