SET THE COURSE
The Creative Designer II provides design and production support across digital channels to bring the Tommy Bahama brand to life. This role assists in the creation of digital assets for site content, email marketing, paid and organic media, and omnichannel campaigns. Under close supervision, this position ensures projects are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand guidelines while supporting senior creative team members as needed.
BE THE ISLAND GUIDE
Produce digital design assets based on direction from Creative Leaders. Prepare and update web, email, and social media graphics using established brand templates. Execute production-ready files for digital channels. Maintain organization of creative files and version control. Support campaign updates, and internal marketing initiatives as assigned. Participate in team reviews to ensure consistency of brand expression across all platforms. Use available tools to ensure efficiency and speed. Assist with layout adjustments, file resizing, and adaptation of creative for multiple formats. Perform other duties as assigned in support of business priorities.
ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE
Education and Certifications Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design or related field preferred. Experience and Skills 3-5 years related digital design experience in an e-commerce environment Experience with eComm content creation Experiece utilizing AI to augment skills and efficienes. Demonstrate the ability to work in a variety of design aesthetics, for a range of digital touchpoints and visualizations for brand storytelling Proficiency in Adobe CC applications in a Mac OSX environment Proficiency in Figma and utilizing advanced features, including auto-layouts, variants, and prototyping. Competencies Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy. Understanding of core design principles (typography, composition, color, layout). Excellent organization and time-management skills; able to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Collaborative mindset; receptive to direction and feedback. Professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Dependable, punctual, and responsive to supervision and project timelines. Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual's experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.
Rate Range:
