Graphic Designer Requirements:
Associate degree in Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred. Strong creativity, attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Two years of graphic design, website administration, or digital marketing experience preferred. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft Office, website CMS platforms, and related digital tools. What you'll do as a
Graphic Designer:
Design print and digital marketing collateral. Create graphics for social media, email, advertising, events, fundraising, and internal communications. Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials. Manage design templates and digital asset libraries. Update website content, images, documents, and page layouts. Maintain formatting, navigation, and visual consistency across website pages. Coordinate content revisions with internal stakeholders. Monitor site accuracy and identify improvement opportunities. Assist with email marketing graphics and content preparation. Support photography, basic video capture or editing, and digital signage updates.
