Onsite FCE Branding is a custom branding company in the Fox Valley. Embroidery, screen printing, DTF, laser engraving, promo products, and our own proprietary online store platform that launches hundreds of stores a year for schools, teams, and businesses. We've nearly tripled revenue since 2020 and we're on pace to grow more than 50% again this year. Every one of those orders and every one of those stores runs through graphics first. This hire is how we keep up. The position Half of this job is production art. Customer proofs, vectorizing bad logos, and getting files ready for embroidery, screen print, DTF, and laser. The other half is creative. Artwork for online stores, product mockups, and original designs people actually want to wear. You need to be good at both. Fast and clean on the technical side, and able to start from a blank page on the other. You report to the VP of Graphics and work directly with the owner. Small company, short chain. Your work is in front of the people who decide. Success looks like Proofs go out right the first time and on time. Fewer revisions, fewer production problems traced back to art. Store designs that sell. We see it in the numbers, store by store. The floor never waits on graphics. You get faster every month because you build the templates and shortcuts that make the next job quicker. What we expect Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Not learning them. Using them. You can take a blurry JPEG and turn it into clean production vector art without being asked twice. You have original design ability. You can look at a school, a team, or a business and come up with something they'd be proud to put on a shirt. You know, or will learn fast, how each production method changes what a file needs to be. Thread, ink, film, and laser all have their own rules. Fast paced is the default here. We expect results and a real work ethic. If you need a quiet week to do good work, this isn't the place. 2+ years of hands-on design experience, or a portfolio that makes that irrelevant. Before you apply, know this. You will be asked to show your work. Original designs you created from nothing, not client logo cleanups. Production files you prepared. There will be a design test at the interview. A portfolio of pretty layouts with no original thinking behind it won't get you an interview here. Who we are Our core values are simple and we actually use them: Innovation, Transparency, Accountability, Alignment, Empowerment, Impact. Our mantra is "Faster Alone, Farther Together." If you want a place where your work gets noticed and your results speak for you, this is it. What you get $24 - $30 per hour based on experience Paid time off 401(k) with company match A team that shows up for each other and gets out of your way when you're doing good work A seat at a company that's growing fast. The online store platform is where most of that growth is coming from, and the designer who owns that artwork grows with it. How to apply Send your resume and a portfolio with at least 3 original designs and 2 examples of production-ready files to nick@foxcitiesembroidery.com. Applications without a portfolio won't be considered.
