We are seeking an Experiential Designer to assist in the development of our highly engaging brand integration projects. Our multi-disciplinary design studio specializes in imagining, designing, and deploying dynamic storytelling programs for a diverse mix of brands and organizations. Our award-winning team of designers, space planners, and project managers specializes in complex digital interactive installations, as well as graphic interior and exhibit design programming in built environments nationwide. The ideal candidate is conceptually and visually articulate, with a proven track record of designing experiential programs that span a variety of design mediums for a wide range of projects and client markets. This role requires the ability to develop cohesive strategies for complex, facility-based experience projects, requiring both critical thinking and strong visual results. Our Experiential Designers are involved in all phases of the design process from concept to completion. They possess strong graphic design skills, understand designing for the built environment, and have the ability to think beyond traditional static 2D applications. They can effectively communicate design rationale both verbally and visually, and work within a team-based, highly collaborative open studio environment. A strong online portfolio is required to demonstrate successful designs delivered across multiple platforms with experience in multiple brands, productions and operations.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years in the creative industry generating original design work College-level degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or equivalent design-related field Ability to engage users in emotionally compelling story experience Experience developing comprehensive experience design programs spanning identity, digital and environmental graphic design Comprehensive proficiency in current Adobe CC environment Comprehension of architectural plan information, interior finishes and materials Experience in designing uniquely branded interior, exterior, and experiential built environments

Create cohesive, compelling presentations that clearly communicate strategy, rationale, concepts, and visual storytelling through storyboards and other design tools. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary internal teams and client stakeholders, confidently communicating ideas and contributing to productive design discussions. Serve as a visual problem-solver, translating research, content, and messaging into meaningful, cohesive design solutions for physical and digital environments. Demonstrate precision, accuracy, and ownership, maintaining a high level of craft and attention to detail throughout every stage of the design process.
