Job Description

Header Overview We are currently searching for a
GRAPHIC DESIGNER.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is energetic, fun, has great ideas, plays well with others, has more than basic computer skills, and good customer service skills. We are a business and our employees wear many hats, so duties will be similar across the board (when you are not busy designing. lol). But we are looking for someone who is VERY computer literate, can work well with art software (we use Corel, so experience there is a plus, but if not, you must be willing to learn), is familiar with CMYK processes, and is willing to learn the pieces of equipment required to screenprint (for printing film, etc). Salary is commensurate based on skill level. Potential for sales commission as well. If you think you fit this bill, email your resume to shirttales1@yahoo.com. I am a small business owner, who is also President, Secretary, and HR. In other words, I am BUSY. So
I WILL NOT
be able to answer any employment questions over the phone, and
PLEASE DO NOT
bring your resumes in person. We are currently SLAMMED with work and just don't have time to talk in person YET. But we would LOVE to review your resume by email. I look forward to hearing from you! Duties Develop and execute visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, digital media, and print projects using industry-standard graphic design software. Design logos, typography, layouts, and illustrations that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Prepare design files for production or print, ensuring color accuracy, proper file formats, and adherence to prepress standards. Collaborate with marketing teams to produce compelling visuals for social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertising materials. Incorporate user interface (UI) and web design principles to craft intuitive digital experiences while maintaining consistency across all visual assets.

Skills Proficiency in graphic design software CorelDRAW Strong understanding of art direction, branding strategies, color theory, typography design for various media, and layout principles. Familiarity with print production processes including prepress preparation and color management to ensure high-quality output. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Embark on a creative journey where your innovative ideas shape memorable visual experiences! We're dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment that values your talent and supports your growth as a professional designer.
