Anaheim, CA (On-Site) $20-$24/hr Wildhouse is seeking a Design Assistant to support in developing concepts for large-scale brand environments, activations, and custom builds. This role is for someone who wants to be part of a fast-paced creative production team and gain direct exposure to how concepts are developed, refined, and brought to life across a range of projects. What You'll Do Assist with concept development alongside the Lead Experiential Designer and Creative Director Support 3D modeling and render preparation (Blender preferred) Create presentation mocks for events including weddings, corporate activations, and brand environments Execute design revisions and spatial layout updates Prepare files for production and fabrication Source materials, references, and visual assets Maintain organized project files and workflows Contribute to the design and production of wedding stationery and day-of event signage What We're Looking For Basic experience with Blender (required) Strong visual taste and spatial awareness Detail-oriented and organized Fast learner who can take direction and adapt quickly Reliable, accountable, and able to keep pace in a fast-moving environment Team-first mindset with no ego What This Role Is A growth-focused position with direct exposure to concept development Opportunity to work closely with leadership on real projects Hands-on involvement across experiential builds and event design What This Role Is Not Not remote Not freelance Not a senior design role Interview Process A timed mock presentation will be part of the interview process, allowing us to asses how you approach concepts, structure ideas, and communicate under time constraints.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
