  • $26/hr Remote No Reference 514846 Contact name Zoe Huse Apply For This Job Job description We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Assistant to support a fast-paced apparel design team.
This role will be heavily focused on Full Circle, supporting the team with BOMs, design comments, product information, and building templates for future use. This is primarily an administrative and systems-focused design support role rather than a hands-on design position. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Design, Product Development, or Production and must have hands-on experience working in Full Circle.
Key Responsibilities:
Work heavily within Full Circle to support the Design team. Create, update, and maintain BOMs. Upload and manage design and product comments within Full Circle. Build and organize templates for the Design team to use moving forward. Maintain accurate and organized product and design information. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Design team. Assist with design, product development, and production-related documentation and updates.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Design, Product Development, or Production. Hands-on Full Circle experience is required. Experience working with BOMs. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working in a systems-heavy, administrative support role. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced apparel environment.
