full-time Sr. Product Designer, Consumer-Facing Digital Products We are seeking a UX Design Contractor for a four-month engagement to support the design of the digital marketing and ticketing experience for our growing bet on in-person, IRL entertainment. This role sits at the intersection of physical space, brand, and product design. Your primary focus will be design execution: taking approved concepts and strategy and turning them into high-fidelity, launch-ready designs for digital touchpoints that our engineering and operations teams can build against with minimal ambiguity. Our team is responsible for crafting consumer-facing experiences and the internal tools that support them, and you'll dig into both. This experience sits inside a uniquely complex stakeholder environment. You'll navigate requirements from product management, marketing, engineering, venue operations, and retail/F&B teams, reconciling competing input while keeping design execution moving on tight production timelines. Key Responsibilities Design Execution
- Create high-fidelity designs and assets in Figma for digital touchpoints and corresponding tools; translate approved concepts into production-ready deliverables and specs, aligned to established design systems and brand guidelines Stakeholder Navigation
- Work across a broad and often competing set of stakeholders to absorb requirements, reconcile feedback and keep design execution on track Iterative Design
- Incorporate feedback from Consumer Insights and cross-functional partners, refining execution quickly without compromising quality or timelines Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to ensure digital touchpoints are designed and built with quality, scale and user centricity in mind Brand & Partner Stewardship
- Maintain brand language while honoring partner and licensor/IP guidelines, ensuring execution stays premium and on-brand across every touchpoint Storytelling
- Communicate direction through strong visual storytelling

- Innovate to meet new business and member needs while designing for scale Qualifications 5+ Years of Experience designing and shipping production-ready user experiences for consumer-facing digital products Design Craft
- Known for high-quality craft and detailed execution of design in related fields, including marketing, e-commerce, email messaging, and/or enterprise tooling Figma Expert
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, with strong experience preparing final, dev-ready files, components, and specs for handoff Stakeholder Management
- Proven ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders, balancing partner/licensor requirements, brand guidelines, and cross-functional input under tight deadlines Self-Starter
- Ability to work independently through ambiguous problems with minimal supervision Collaborative & Adaptive
- Experience working in fast-paced environments where design execution is frequently adjusted based on stakeholder and operational input Portfolio
- A strong portfolio demonstrating shipped, production-quality design work-not just concept prototypes Communication
- Exceptional communication skills
