• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of consumer products from initial concept through to final production.

Ensure strong design integrity, quality, and value in product execution across various categories, with a primary focus on consumables. Design and approve comprehensive packaging solutions for consumables, including layout, graphics, and structural considerations. Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of 4-color process print proofs to guarantee accuracy and superior quality. Collaborate with development teams to align designs with essential nutritional guidelines and compliance standards. Conduct in-depth market, consumer, and category trend research to inform and guide design direction. Prepare and present compelling concept sketches, color palettes, style references, and various visual assets. Develop detailed product mock-ups, line sheets, and engaging presentation materials. Adapt and creatively manipulate graphic assets to generate innovative new design solutions. Foster strong collaborative relationships with product development, merchandising, sourcing, and technical partners. Effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Continuously monitor competitive products and category innovations to maintain a leading edge.

• Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in product design, packaging design, or product development. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office. Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with proven execution and collaboration abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within the consumable product category. Familiarity with packaging design and print production processes. Knowledge of nutritional guidelines and regulatory considerations.
