You will play a pivotal role in transforming conceptual designs into high-performance solutions while collaborating across departments to ensure our equipment meets global manufacturing standards. Responsibilities Architect and refine mechanical assemblies, ensuring robust performance and design integrity. Generate comprehensive technical documentation and precise engineering drawings to support production lifecycles. Utilize Autodesk Inventor to build sophisticated 3D models and implement iterative design improvements. Lead the validation and testing of prototypes to ensure reliability and functional excellence. Analyze and resolve complex mechanical challenges through systematic troubleshooting and root-cause investigation. Champion continuous improvement projects that enhance product quality, reduce manufacturing costs, and optimize system efficiency. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field. Demonstrated proficiency in CAD platforms, specifically Inventor and AutoCAD. Solid grasp of mechanical design fundamentals, material science, and modern manufacturing processes. Proven ability to interpret intricate technical specifications and engineering blueprints. Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex technical problems. Effective communication skills to bridge the gap between engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams. Preferred Skills Direct experience in machine design, particularly within stamping or coil handling sectors. Expertise in Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) principles. Proficiency in applying GD&T standards and conducting tolerance stack-up analyses. Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or similar simulation software. Hands-on experience with product validation, testing protocols, and field troubleshooting.
