INDUSTRIAL ARTS/WOODWORKING TEACHER DB-TC
Schools is seeking a part-time CTE General Woodworking or Industrial Arts teacher.
Qualifications :
Valid Industrial Arts (IX) Michigan Teaching Certificate or 60 satisfactory college/university credits and a strong interest in pursuing certification (requiring additional coursework) or qualification for ACA (Annual Career Authorization) permit, including 4,000 recent-year hours of documented, successful experience in a Woodworking position Strong knowledge of industrial arts/woodworking content Significant experience working with wood shop tools and equipment Successful experience/ability working with high school students
Responsibilities :
Teach Industrial Arts to high school and middle school students for one class period per day (expected: 1:55-3:30).
