Our focus is premium product, strong branding, and pushing the culture forward through innovative design and storytelling. Job Overview We're looking for a highly creative lead Graphic Designer with experience in cannabis packaging and brand development. This role will focus on designing eye-catching, high-quality packaging, marketing assets, and promotional materials that stand out in a competitive market. You should have a strong understanding of modern design trends, streetwear/culture aesthetics, and the ability to execute concepts from idea to final production. Responsibilities Design cannabis packaging (mylar bags, jars, boxes, labels, etc.) Develop and maintain brand identity across multiple product lines Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, dielines, packaging specs) Collaborate with marketing and production teams on campaigns and drops Turn around designs quickly in a fast-paced environment Incorporate AI tools to enhance workflow and creative output Design wall wraps, banners, and branded merch. Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (required) Experience designing for print and packaging Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work ( must submit to be considered ) Knowledge of cannabis industry trends and compliance (preferred) Michigan cannabis experience (preferred but not required) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail Bonus Skills Experience with AI design tools.
