Updated 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Supports production and in-service engineering activities by analyzing non-conformances, developing dispositions, and coordinating solutions to ensure product integrity and compliance with design requirements. Requirements Position Details- Aerospace / Manufacturing Engineering
- 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, and 2+ years of work-related experience.
- 5+ years of related engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a Master's degree
- Prior Material Review Board (MRB) authorization
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing support environments
- Prior MRB authorization within defense programs
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Hands-on problem-solving capabilities Job Duties & Functions
- Researches engineering design principles to support the resolution of product and process issues
- Analyzes non-conformances and assists in developing engineering dispositions
- Performs root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues
- Supports preparation of technical communications and documentation
- Collects and evaluates data to identify trends and product improvement opportunities
- Participates in Material Review Boards and Integrated Product Teams
- Identifies deviations impacting design intent, quality, and safety
- Assists in the development of interim repair solutions for structural discrepancies
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of engineering issues TeamGlobal Benefits
