Job Summary:

We are seeking a technical professional to join our team in a position focused on resolving complex product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle. Our team is dedicated to maintaining high standards across design, production, and post-production environments by applying engineering principles and innovation to deliver safe and effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

Assess and resolve product and process issues by applying company design principles throughout the entire lifecycle. Analyze, conduct root cause analysis, and develop dispositions for design non-conformances, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. Support Integrated Product Teams by participating in design reviews and implementing product or process improvements. Design and analyze structural repairs, conduct basic static strength analysis, and ensure safe operations during damage repair or modifications.

Required:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry. Current or previous Material Review Board (MRB) experience or certification; candidates without certification must complete a weeklong course in Seattle and successfully pass training as a contingency. Familiarity with metallic and composite structure repair processes. Regular and predictable attendance and the ability to work 100% on site as required.
