Job Description
Lead mobile design strategy for Gallup products that enhance people's work and lives. As a senior product designer at Gallup, you will lead the design and development of Gallup's mobile experience across our strengths and engagement products, including CliftonStrengths® and Gallup Access, translating complex business needs, data models and user requirements into intuitive, scalable and accessible mobile interfaces for iOS® and Android®. You will partner closely with product, engineering and content teams to deliver cohesive, user-centered solutions that reflect the clarity and impact of the science behind them. In this role, you'll apply advanced systems thinking, interaction design and visual craft to ship high-quality mobile work in alignment with product release cycles, while measuring and demonstrating the business impact of your design decisions. What You'll Do Define and execute end-to-end mobile design solutions, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes and interface designs, that address business objectives and user needs across iOS and Android Ensure designs reflect system-level logic, data integrity and alignment with platform architecture, applying accessibility, usability and responsive design throughout while honoring native platform conventions Design for the realities of mobile, such as gestures, notifications, offline states, performance constraints and small-screen information hierarchy Partner with product managers, engineers and content strategists, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement and design reviews to align timelines, priorities and deliverables Work closely with senior scientists to make complex research and data accessible, intuitive and actionable for users Develop and track metrics and key performance indicators that quantify the impact of design on mobile engagement, satisfaction, retention and revenue, using outcomes to inform prioritization Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Gallup's design system, extending it with mobile-specific components and patterns while ensuring visual and functional consistency across platforms Refine designs based on usability testing, analytics and stakeholder feedback, communicating decisions with rationale grounded in data and business outcomes Provide guidance and feedback to other designers, modeling best practices in documentation, collaboration and agile participation Stay current with emerging technologies, design methodologies and UX/UI trends, recommending tools and process improvements, including AI-enabled workflows, that enhance quality and delivery speed What Makes You Stand Out Mobile craft: You have deep fluency in iOS and Android platform conventions and know when to follow them and when to intentionally diverge.
