Hoovy is a growing baby products company creating innovative products across baby travel, sleep, bath, toys, and everyday essentials. Our products are sold through major retailers, including Walmart and Target and we're looking for a talented Packaging Designer to help bring our growing product line to life. If you're creative, detail oriented, and know how to turn a packaging dieline into an eye catching, production ready design, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role As our Packaging Designer, you will create attractive, effective, and production-ready packaging across a wide range of consumer products. The ideal candidate understands how to design packaging that stands out at retail while clearly communicating product features, benefits, instructions, and important product information. This is an in office, part time position at our Brielle, New Jersey location, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. What You'll Do Design new retail packaging and update existing packaging across multiple product categories Create packaging layouts using supplied dielines, product specifications, and brand guidelines Prepare accurate, print ready artwork for factories and printers Design instruction manuals, product inserts, labels, displays, and other supporting materials Work closely with our product-development and ecommerce teams to bring new products to market Communicate with overseas factories regarding artwork, packaging samples, materials, and production requirements Review packaging proofs and production samples for layout, color, print quality, and accuracy Help ensure packaging contains accurate product information, warnings, and other required details Manage multiple packaging projects while maintaining organized artwork and revision files What We're Looking For Professional experience in packaging design or consumer product graphic design Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Experience working with packaging dielines and preparing production ready artwork Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, branding, and visual hierarchy Excellent attention to detail, organization, and proofreading skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in person at our Brielle, NJ office Portfolio Required Please include a portfolio or examples of your work with your application.
