A Product Designer is responsible for the design of a new product, or redesign of an existing product. Responsible for the aesthetics of the product but also designing how it will work, defining the problem and solving it. Full Job Description Location:
Summit, NJ, onsite 1x a week

Compensation Range:
$60-70/hr W2, depending on experience We are seeking a hands-on, part time Senior Designer to provide "white-glove" service in a high-touch, fast-paced environment. In this dynamic role, you will champion corporate stewardship by designing high-profile collateral for C-suite executives, board meetings, and major onsite events. As a versatile creative generalist with a rock-solid background across all brand touchpoints (digital, 2D, and beyond), you must be equally thrilled to roll up your sleeves and execute the work yourself as you are to provide guidance to junior designers.
Responsibilities:
Act as a systems thinker to build actionable, on-strategy brand guidelines. Develop best-in-class assets across various touchpoints that can be templatized and rolled out globally. Build and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines directly within Figma, including image treatment, typography, and color palette application. Work closely with Design Manager to execute growth plans and consumer insight-driven strategies.
Qualifications:
7-9 years of experience as a designer with a deep background in brand building. Previous creative agency experience. A designer who understands how to build a visual identity end-to-end, prioritizing brand systems. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is required. Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Firefly, Figma AI, Canva) to accelerate innovation mockups and creative exploration. Must demonstrate end-to-end brand systems, comprehensive guidelines, and high-fidelity mockups. Ability to work independently, drive a creative vision, and navigate fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
