Applicants should have the ability to work in a team-based environment, collaborating with engineers, and designers and other peers. Good analytical skills, capable of diving into details to uncover insights and deliver impactful solution as an individual contributor. Provide models and drawing packages to suppliers, inside customers and rebuild teams and support the teams during the different phases of design. Experiences/Education

• Required Minimum associates degree in CAD Drafting Technology Demonstrated ability to generate new ideas and concepts for problem solving during the design phase Fabrication experience
• work or home
• preferred to support compelx mechanical designs. Good communication skills to share opinion and ideas for the engineers involved in the projects. Strong CAD capabilities
• SolidWorks is a plus. Ability to work in a highly matrixed and diverse organization across research, development, engineering and manufacturing. This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $62,547.00
