Job Description
Graphic Design & Packaging Intern Panty Fresh® is looking for a creative and motivated college student to join our Marketing Internship Program and help bring our brand to life — online and on-shelf. Panty Fresh® is an innovative women-owned consumer brand focused on comfort, confidence, and everyday preparedness. This is a hands-on design internship where you'll work on real creative projects across packaging, retail, digital marketing, social media, and brand communications. What You'll Do Design social media graphics, carousels, and digital marketing content Create marketing collateral, sales materials, signage, and promotional pieces Assist with packaging concepts, layouts, and design refinements Create product and packaging mockups for presentations and marketing Help prepare visual materials for retail partners and trade shows Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and formats Help maintain a consistent, polished visual identity across the brand Collaborate with the team on new creative concepts and campaigns We'd Love Someone Who Is currently enrolled in college, ideally studying Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field Has a strong eye for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy Is comfortable using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software Is interested in branding, packaging, retail, and consumer products Can take creative direction while also bringing fresh ideas to the table Is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn Has a portfolio, class projects, or design samples that demonstrate their creative ability What You'll Gain Portfolio-ready work across graphic design, packaging, and marketing Hands-on experience designing for a real consumer brand Exposure to packaging development and retail presentation Experience creating materials that may be used in real retail, marketing, and trade-show environments Real mentorship and insight into how a growing brand develops and maintains its visual identity College credit may also be available in coordination with your school Internship Details Approximately 10-15 hours per week Flexible scheduling around college classes In-person in
