//www.jnj.com/ . Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Partner with Project Leads to ensure appropriate labeling requirements are provided Create and maintain label records Create and inspect label templates Coordinate Instruction for Use (IFU)- translation, graphic design, layout, and printing Ensure project commitments are met in terms of delivery dates and budget Proofread labels and IFUs Ensure labeling meets requirements from procedures, regulations & standards, packaging, and other business needs Seek opportunities to improve the labeling process in terms of quality, service, and cost Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level Ensure personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures Perform other duties assigned as needed
Experience and Skills:
Required:
A minimum of six (6) years of administrative experience Experience working in a regulated medical industry Ability to prioritize work with limited supervision Strong communication and prioritization skills Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite of Applications Other:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $61,000.00 to $92,046.50 Additional Description forPay Transparency:
