Role:

Leading the design and development of new, high-precision products from concept through to production. Carrying out design analysis, modeling, and validation to optimize performance and manufacturability. Partnering with R D, Sales, Manufacturing, and suppliers on complex, cross-functional projects. Shaping design standards and mentoring engineers across the team.

The Person:

Product design experience, ideally within medical, electronics, or electrical manufacturing. Strong SolidWorks ability, with experience in micro-engineering or tight-tolerance design. A track record of taking products from concept through to production.
