Long-Term Contract Profile Experience simplifying and mapping complex data systems Strong collaboration skills with engineers and cross-functional teams Ability to guide and educate stakeholders unfamiliar with design processes Skilled in translating complex requirements into user-centered solutions Responsibilities Lead product discovery, UX strategy, and end-to-end product design Conduct user research, usability testing, and workshops Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Partner closely with product managers and engineers for implementation Contribute to design systems, accessibility, and responsive design practices Present design concepts and communicate decisions clearly Use tools like Figma, Miro, and Dovetail Requirements Strong product design experience for complex web and mobile applications Expertise in design thinking and human-centered design methodologies Experience with research methods, usability testing, and accessibility standards Familiarity with responsive design and design systems Comfortable working with technical teams and constraints Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn emerging technologies including AI tools
