Interior Designer

Prime Design Homes is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering cohesive, elevated home design experiences for our customers. As an Interior Designer at Prime Design Homes, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our curated design collections, guiding customers through selections, and collaborating closely with our architectural design team to ensure consistency across our home plans and interior offerings. Responsibilities Maintain and update all curated interior design collections on an annual and as-needed basis Conduct professional design consultations with customers to assist with interior selections and finishes Collaborate with architectural designers to ensure the home plan catalog aligns with curated collections and overall design vision Research and source materials, finishes, fixtures, and products that align with current market trends and company standards Ensure consistency in design standards across all projects and collections Assist in the creation of presentation materials, mood boards, and selection documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers Stay informed on emerging design trends, products, and industry best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field preferred 3+ years of residential interior design experience preferred Strong understanding of residential construction and architectural design principles Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Passion for creating beautiful, functional living spaces What We Offer Competitive compensation Paid Time Off Health, Dental, & Vision Benefits Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and creative work environment The opportunity to help shape thoughtfully designed homes and communities To apply, please submit your resume and portfolio to www.primedesignhomes.com/careers
