What We Offer $90,000+ base salary (DOE) with regular bonus opportunities Paid time off Half-day Fridays every week (with full-time pay) Smartphone and laptop with necessary software applications Creative autonomy and the freedom to explore innovative design solutions Diverse, high-profile luxury projects to enhance your portfolio and professional growth Mentorship and collaboration with seasoned industry professionals Flexible work environment that values your personal creativity and input Exclusive exposure to high-net-worth clients and prestigious projects Regular team-building activities fostering a positive workplace culture The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a positive, dynamic, and motivated designer with: 5+ years of professional experience in high end residential design Proven track record managing projects from concept through installation Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously with varying budgets and timelines Portfolio demonstrating a range of completed high-quality projects Design Expertise Advanced understanding of space planning, layouts, and functionality as related to client programming. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and custom millwork Ability to develop cohesive design concepts and carry them through execution High level of attention to detail (drawings, specifications, styling. Technical Skills Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) Ability to produce and review construction documents, elevations, and details Experience coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors Comfortable producing digital presentations & presenting for out-of-state clients. Project Management Ability to lead projects independently with minimal oversight Vendor management and sourcing (furniture, lighting, materials) Experience managing installations and site visits Skilled at problem-solving during construction and delivery phases Leadership & Mentorship Confident decision-making and accountability for project outcomes Strong collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners Client-Facing Skills Confidence in communicating and presentation skills Ability to lead client meetings and present concepts confidently Experience managing client expectations, revisions, and approvals Comfortable with ever-changing client requests Others Willing and able to travel for out-of-state clients, installations, and job site visits. Strong organization and time management skills. The Opportunity This award-winning luxury interior design studio is based in Scottsdale, AZ, and has been featured in many national publications, some of which include Architectural Digest, The Wall Street Journal, Whitewall, House Beautiful as well as numerous local and regional publications. We work on high-profile custom residential and commercial projects across the United States for high-net-worth clients, premier custom homebuilders, and select commercial clients. As a senior member of our small but mighty team, you will lead and assist on exclusive luxury design projects from concept through construction administration. Your work will directly shape our projects, client relationships, and studio portfolio.
