Kitchen Cabinet Designer Summary:

our client is looking for a qualified candidate for this entry level position, to assit with cabinet 2D & 3D designs. This candidate will also be a crucial part of the showroom sales team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Assist showroom customers using persuasive selling techniques to generate cabinet sales and upsell counters, backsplash, accessories, sinks, and hardware finishes Work with Contractors, Interior Designers, Builders, Realtors, and Homeowners on new builds and remodels Use KCD design software to create kitchen designs to provide customers Must be very responsive and timely to customers, returning phone calls and responding to emails Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm Follow all procedures, maintain accurate records, and complete all necessary forms

Candidates' Qualifications and Experience :

1 year experience in 3-D kitchen design Knowledge of home improvement industry Must be dependable and punctual Ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, enthusiastic Excellent problem-solving skills and detail-oriented Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Strong math aptitude Experience with KCD or 2020 design software, a plus Experience using Word and Excel required Stable work history is a MUST Bilingual, a plus Must have a high school diploma or equivalent/Associate or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
