We're looking for a driven, design-minded Sales Associate who enjoys building relationships, guiding clients through the hard surfaces design process, product selection and being part of a growing, family-owned company with a strong reputation for product knowledge and service. If you love surfaces design, enjoy working with homeowners, designers, and contractors, and thrive in a showroom environment where quality and service matters - We'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Engage with homeowners, designers, and contractors to understand their remodeling or new construction needs Guide clients through tile, slab, and flooring selections, including layout ideas, color coordination, and design recommendations Deliver a high level of customers service from initial consultation through order completion Build and maintain long-term relationships with designers and trade partners Stay current on design trends, materials and offerings Collaborate with the showroom team to meet and exceed sales goals What We're Looking For Previous sales experience, preferably in tile, flooring, stone, or residential remodeling Strong interest in interior design and materials Ability to read or interpret plans and measurements ( a plus, not required ) Excellent communication and relationship building skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast paced showroom environment Proven ability to close sales and contribute to revenue growth What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus monthly commission based on store's performance Health insurance benefits Supportive, team-oriented culture with low employee turnover Opportunity to grow with a respected, family-owned company Be part of an exciting, warm and fun team San Diego Marble & Tile , has built its reputation on service, quality, and long-term relationships.
