Schedule:
Full-Time, Mon-Fri from 8:30AM - 5:00
PM Description:
We are seeking a collaborative and creative individual to focus on interior design and showroom assistance. In this entry-level role, you will work under the guidance of our Brand Manager and VP of Design. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with a well-established home decor/furniture brand.
Responsibilities:
Support the Brand Manager and VP of Design with general design and marketing tasks, brand outreach, special consumer & showroom sales projects Create PowerPoint presentations to convey design concepts while ensuring brand consistency Assist with purchase orders with our vendors (art, rugs, accessories) Quickbooks entries for quarterly sales tax payments
Qualifications:
Interior Design degree or internship (preferred) Knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Teams) Ability to handle a variety of multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environment Eagerness to learn, take direction and grown within a creative team
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge in AutoCAD a plus Basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite a plus Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus Experience in home furnishings, furniture showrooms and/or interior design a plus Must be able to travel at least twice a year to assist with tradeshow setup in North Carolina (April & October) Ability to produce social media content a plus Ability to prepare short product videos for website or social media Knowledge in AI and how to use AI to streamline and create efficiencies a plus All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
